Pods and Coils
The ARGUS E40 introduces new, larger pods (called cartridges) that hold up to 4.5ml of e-liquid, ensuring compatibility with the device’s increased power output. The kit includes:

Empty pods that accommodate any of VOOPOO’s PnP X coils, ranging from 0.15Ω to 0.6Ω
VOOPOO claims that the coils in the ARGUS E40 can last up to 100ml of e-liquid without burning, flavor fading, or leaking. Previous tests of PnP X coils support this, showing minimal flavor drop-off and no leaks after over 90ml of use.
The pods have a tinted design, making it harder to see the e-liquid level without proper lighting. They connect securely to the device with four strong magnets, ensuring a snug fit. Battery Life and Charging
Filling the Argus E40 Pod
- Remove the pod from the mod.
- Lift the large silicone filling port cover located near the base of the pod.
- Insert your bottle nozzle into the revealed filling port and fill the pod with e-liquid.
- Let a fresh pod stand for at least five minutes before vaping to ensure proper cotton saturation in the coil.
Operating the Device
- Turn the device on by clicking the power button five times.
- Enter the menu system by clicking the power button five times again. Three menu options will be available:
- “Puff clear” to reset the puff counter
- “Lock” to prevent the power button from firing the device (the device has auto-draw, so this can be disabled)
- “Power off” to turn the device off
- Adjust the wattage by clicking the power button three times and using the power button to increase the wattage in 1W increments (5-40W).
