Top Reasons Vapers Love the Freemax Marvos 60W AIO Kit

The Marvos 60W is Freemax’s latest AIO device, building on their reputation for top-tier coils—especially from the popular Fireluke series. Known for branching into kits like the Twister and Maxus mods, Freemax is now bringing that expertise to compact, user-friendly systems.

Designed for low to mid-wattage direct lung vaping, the Marvos 60W packs a 2000 mAh battery, adjustable wattage, and a 4.5 mL proprietary tank into a rugged, IP67-rated body. In this review, I’ll put its performance and durability to the test to see if it lives up to the Freemax name.

Build quality and design

The Marvos 60W is a compact, pocket-friendly AIO with a rugged yet stylish design—similar in size to the VAPORESSO LUXE 80. It’s IP67-rated for dust, water, and shock resistance and weighs just 129g, making it lighter than it looks.

It features a 0.96-inch color TFT screen, three control buttons, and comes in four color options—black, red, blue, and gunmetal—all with a durable black silicone rubber exterior. Branding is minimal and tasteful, with “Freemax” on the front and “Marvos” on the back. Overall, it’s a tough, good-looking AIO with solid build quality and clean aesthetics.

Getting started

The Marvos 60W is a pretty typical AIO system to use. There is a fire button, an up button, and a down button. Basic operations are as follows:

Click fire five times to turn it on or off.

Click fire three times to cycle between the three modes (power, bypass, and smart).

Use up and down to adjust wattage.

Hold up and fire to reset the puff counter.

Hold down and fire to cycle through the screen color options (blue, orange, green, red, and white).

Hold up and down to lock the adjustment buttons (mod will still fire).

The screen shows your wattage, puff count, battery level, coil resistance, and a lock icon for the adjustment buttons. You can choose between Power and Smart modes—both use wattage, but Smart auto-sets the wattage based on the coil, which is great for beginners. There’s also a Bypass mode, though it feels unnecessary these days and isn’t something I’d personally use.

The kit includes the Marvos DTL pod, a magnetized tank with a slide airflow control on the back. It comes in tinted PCTG, but a clear glass version is available separately—which I personally would’ve preferred in the box.

Coil replacement is simple with a plug-n-play design. The coil sticks out enough to easily grip and pull, making swaps hassle-free. You’ll want to replace coils when the pod is nearly empty, though you can save a bit of juice by tilting it.

Refilling is also easy—just remove the pod and use the rubber plug at the bottom to fill. Overall, it’s a user-friendly AIO system, especially for beginners, with a nice touch of convenience in the coil design.

Performance

Coils make or break a pod system, and luckily, Freemax is known for top-tier coil quality. The Marvos uses MS mesh coils, with two included:

0.35Ω (30–40W) – best around 35W

0.25Ω (40–60W) – best around 50W

Both delivered excellent flavor and long life—I got 60–80mL of juice through each without a drop in performance. Additional coil options are available separately, covering 20–80W, though the mod caps at 60W. Overall, these coils absolutely live up to Freemax’s strong reputation.

Battery life and charging

The Marvos 60W features a 2000 mAh internal battery with 2A fast charging via USB-C. I measured a peak charge rate of 1.87A, which is solid and supports passthrough vaping. A full charge took 67 minutes, which is quick for this battery size.

Actual battery capacity came in at 1857 mAh, just 7% below the rated spec—a very accurate claim compared to many overrated devices. For example, it matches the real capacity of the LUXE 80, despite that one being rated at 2500 mAh. So you’re getting solid battery life with an honest spec here.

CONCLUSION

Overall, Freemax nailed it with the Marvos 60W. The outstanding coils, accurate specs, rugged IP67 build, and easy coil swaps make it stand out in a crowded field. I had no real complaints—just one minor personal preference. If you’re after a reliable DL AIO kit, this one’s a top pick.
