The Vaporesso SWAG PX80 is a compact AIO kit designed for low-wattage RDL vaping. Known for mods like the Gen and Luxe, Vaporesso has also excelled in pod vapes. A standout feature is its IML embedded screen, which blends seamlessly into the panel, appearing only when the device is on. It runs on a single 18650 battery, has a fire button, and includes a 4mL pod tank compatible with Vaporesso’s widely used GTX coils.
The SWAG PX80 is a compact, pocket-friendly AIO system, similar to the SWAG 2 kit, but in AIO form. It has a solid yet lightweight build, measuring 99.7mm x 47.9mm x 25.1mm, and is slightly wider than the PM40 to accommodate an external 18650 battery.
I received the Leather Brown variant, with other options including Emerald Green, Imperial Red, Brick Black, and Gunmetal Grey. All feature a black frame and a carbon fiber panel on one side, which houses a 0.96-inch TFT screen seamlessly embedded using IML technology. The leather finish on my unit feels premium, adding to its stylish design.
Getting started
The SWAG PX80 is a pretty typical pod system that’s simple to use.
Five clicks of the fire button to turn it on or off
Three clicks of the fire button to lock the adjustment buttons
Press up or down to adjust wattage
Hold up and down to enter the menu
The SWAG PX80 menu is simple yet functional, offering Wattage, Voltage, and Smart Wattage modes, which auto-adjust based on coil resistance. It tracks daily puffs for seven days, allows resets, and lets you customize the screen color (green, blue, or pink). The 0.96-inch TFT display shows wattage, puff count, battery level, resistance, and recommended wattage, making it user-friendly.
The SWAG PX80 features a magnetic SWAG pod tank, similar to the Voopoo DRAG Max and Lost Vape Ursa. Airflow adjustment is done by rotating the tank, ranging from DL to restricted DL, with a loose MTL option when closed.
Coil replacement is effortless thanks to a drip tip locking mechanism—rotate to unlock, push down to eject the coil, and swap it even with a full tank without leaks. Refilling is simple via a bottom rubber plug, making the SWAG pod system user-friendly and efficient.
Performance
The SWAG PX80 uses the GTX coils from Vaporesso, which I’ve used and reviewed in many devices in the past. It comes with two coil options.
A 0.2-ohm mesh coil rated for 45-60 watts
A 0.3-ohm mesh coil rated for 32-45 watts
Additional GTX coils are available separately, covering 7-60W. For optional coil performance, refer to the PM40 review. This kit includes the same coils as the PM80, allowing me to compare consistency and experience.
The 0.3-ohm coil performs well around 35W, but the 0.2-ohm coil (best at 40-45W) offers better flavor and longevity. Both work fine, but for DL vaping, the 0.2-ohm coil is the best choice, while lower-wattage coils suit loose MTL vaping. Vaporesso’s GTX coil line is widely used, ensuring easy availability.
The SWAG PX80 supports 2A charging, though my tests maxed at 1.84A, which is still within range. Battery life depends on the 18650 battery used. It also allows passthrough vaping, letting you vape while charging.
Pros and Cons

CONCLUSION
Overall, Vaporesso did a great job with the SWAG PX80. I had no major complaints and struggled to find any cons. It’s a solid AIO kit for both beginners and intermediate vapers who want something compact, simple, and affordable. If you’re looking for a small kit that uses your own battery, this one is definitely worth considering.
