Size, look, and feel

The Orion Bar 7500 is a disposable vape with a box mod-inspired design, giving it a true vaper aesthetic. Its transparent body reveals two sections: one featuring graphic artwork (varying by flavor) and the other housing a cylindrical battery wrapped with the Orion logo. Though slightly larger than the Elf Bar BC5000, it fits well in hand. Despite my attempts, I couldn’t break it open—making it durable yet stylish, built with heavy-duty plastic worthy of the Lost Vape name.

Getting started

The Orion Bar 7500 is ready to vape out of the box. Just remove the silver sticker on the bottom that seals the airflow during transit. Below, you’ll find a USB-C port for recharging and an airflow control switch, allowing you to adjust the draw from tight to loose.

How does it hit?

The Orion Bar 7500 offers an MTL to restricted lung hit, but the restricted lung hit feels more natural. Even with airflow fully open, the draw feels weak, and the throat hit is mild despite the 5% nicotine strength. On the plus side, there’s no spitback, leaking, or popping, but overall, the hit lacks impact.

Are the flavors any good?

The flavors as a whole are average. Generally speaking, the flavor mixes are fine; it’s just that the strength of the flavor doesn’t shine through. They’re mostly muted. The aroma is nice, and the flavors taste natural, but they’re just too light. I tried the whole lineup of flavors, and these are my favorites.

Aloe grape

Aloe Grape, made popular by BLVK, blends sweet grape with a botanical aloe twist and a moderate cooling effect for a smooth, unique flavor.

Banana Cake

A rich aroma of spongy cake and baked banana, delivering a classic dessert vape. The cake note shines on inhale, while the banana—slightly candy-like—dominates the flavor with mild cooling.

Lush Ice

Lost Vape’s “Lush” blends natural-tasting watermelon with mid-level ice, making it surprisingly flavorful for a typically light flavor. The cooling is smooth, not overpowering.

Sour Apple Ice

Straightforward and exactly what you’d expect. It tastes and smells like the “rancher” candies with a strong ice note. It’s another one of the more flavorful juices from this lineup.

How long do they last?

The Orion Bar 7500 feels underpowered, with its 650mAh battery lagging behind the Elf Bar BC5000. The 18mL e-liquid claim seems exaggerated, as hits can feel dry early on. No pass-through charging, and a full charge takes 45–60 minutes.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Cons

  • Classic box mod design
  • Comfortable mouthpiece
  • Adjustable airflow
  • Durable design
  • 15 flavors to choose from
  • Rechargeable
  • USB-C charging
  • Muted flavor
  • Weak hits
  • Underpowered battery
  • 18 mL is an exaggeration

CONCLUSION

I had high expectations for the Lost Vape Orion Bar, given my trust in the brand. While the design is cool and the build quality is solid, its performance falls short of Lost Vape’s usual standards. For a better disposable, I’d recommend the Elf Bar or Dragbar.
