My first OXVA pod was the XLIM Pro 2, which exceeded my expectations. Since then, I’ve been eager for a V3—and the NeXLIM feels like just that. It upgrades everything: a 1500 mAh battery, 4mL dual-mesh pods, 40W power, and a 0.85-inch screen. Though slightly larger and heavier, it remains sleek and pocket-friendly. Honestly, finding major flaws was tough. Is it the best pod vape ever? It’s definitely up there, but one drawback may matter to some—read on to find out.

Build quality and design
If you’ve used the XLIM Pro 2, the NeXLIM will feel familiar—just about 25% larger. Despite the size increase, it remains sleek and comfortable. Its zinc alloy body comes in various colors, materials, and textures, including IML, rubber, and carbon fiber.
The 0.85-inch color screen is a notable upgrade, offering vibrant colors and a refined display. It shows the same key info (wattage, resistance, battery, and puff count) but with larger fonts and three customizable themes for a personalized look.

The larger NeXLIM pods work just like the XLIM pods—no need to remove them to refill, just lift the side plug. Airflow adjusts via a side slider, offering MTL to RDL options, while the concave design prevents accidental changes. Both pods support a wide wattage range for flexible vaping. Plus, BOOST and ECO modes let you switch between two power settings with a quick double-click.

Performance
The NeXLIM pods feature OXVA’s UniTech 2.0 dual mesh coils, also used in the VPRIME pods, which delivered outstanding flavor. With high expectations, I put these new pods to the test—let’s see how they performed.
0.8-ohm pod (MTL)
I tested the pod with a 50/50 sweet tobacco e-liquid I’ve been using for months, and it’s never tasted better. The flavor matches—or even surpasses—previous XLIM pods. After 24mL of e-liquid, performance remains excellent.
0.6-ohm pod (RDL)
New pod, same great experience! I tested a 70VG fruity menthol flavor, and it performed as well as my favorite RDL pods and atomizers. It’s on par with the 0.6-ohm XLIM pods—hard to say which is better, but you won’t be disappointed.
Device performance
The NeXLIM performs flawlessly, except for occasional sputtering on auto-draw with wide-open airflow during slow RDL inhales. A firmer pull fixes it, but the lack of a firing button means there’s no backup for a sluggish switch.
Battery life and charging
Despite its larger 1500 mAh battery, the NeXLIM charges faster than the XLIM Pro 2—just 38 minutes versus 46. It’s one of the fastest-charging pod vapes I’ve used! The display shows battery percentage while charging, except in the simple theme, which uses a bar instead. Battery life lasts around two fills (7.5–8.5mL) per charge, typically enough for a full day. And with rapid charging, downtime is minimal.

CONCLUSION
I respect OXVA for consistently improving their devices based on user feedback. The NeXLIM isn’t just a bigger XLIM—it’s a refined, upgraded version that addresses past shortcomings.
After a week of testing, my only major con is the auto-draw switch, which struggles with fully open airflow for RDL hits. Without a firing button as a backup, some users may find it inconsistent.
That said, for a reliable, long-lasting, and flavorful MTL pod vape, the NeXLIM is among the best. If OXVA builds an ecosystem around these pods, I’m all in—the potential here is huge.
