The VINCI E120 is a large yet lightweight pod system with a solid build. Its standout feature is the 2.4-inch TFT color screen, which is bright and vibrant. It includes an adjustable air slider, a lock switch, and plus/minus buttons for wattage control.
The device offers clock-themed backgrounds, but most are locked behind a puff count system, requiring 18,000 puffs to unlock all—a controversial feature. Available in seven solid colors, the design is sleek and minimal, with subtle branding and a matte finish for a premium feel.
Getting started
The VOOPOO VINCI E120 is a pretty basic device with power mode only and no preheat options. Basic operations are as follows:
Click the fire button five times to turn the device on/off
Press the fire button to vape
Use the plus and minus buttons on the side to adjust the wattage
Lock and unlock the device via a lock slider on the right side
Click plus and minus at the same time to enter the menu
In the menu, you can set the time, pick your background, and set the lock screen timer
The VINCI E120 supports two pod types: a DL pod (included) and an optional MTL pod. Both use the PnP X coil platform, compatible with various VOOPOO tanks. The 5mL pods are slightly tinted but fully visible for easy juice monitoring. They feature side filling without removal, though popping them out makes refilling easier. The magnetic coils sit flush, making them tricky to remove with fingernails, but it’s a minor issue.
Performance
The VINCI E120 uses PnP X coils, offering seven options for MTL, RDL, and DL vaping. The kit includes a 0.15-ohm DL coil (60-80W) and a 0.3-ohm DL/RDL coil (32-40W). I found the 0.15-ohm coil best at 75W with open airflow, while the 0.3-ohm performed well at 35W with restricted airflow. Both deliver solid flavor and impressive longevity, lasting through 60mL of e-liquid with no issues.
Battery life and charging
The 4500mAh battery delivers around 3574mAh of usable capacity, which is close to expectations. It supports passthrough vaping, a welcome upgrade from previous VOOPOO devices.
The USB-C charging rate exceeded expectations at 2.3A, though the estimated charging time displayed on the mod was slightly inaccurate. A full charge takes about two hours, which is reasonable for its large battery.
